This weekend felt slower, softer and honestly needed. I spent time with family, celebrated my dad’s birthday, reflected a little, cooked (yes… there’s lasagna 🍝😂), and allowed myself to just be present.

Some moments this week reminded me how quickly life shifts and how important it is to pause, connect and appreciate the people around us.
