48 Hours in Angkor Wat To Discover Everyday Cambodian Food
I had 48 hours to both visit the Angkor Wat Temple region and learn more about everyday Cambodian food.
Car breaking down at the airport was not a great start but I did finally get myself settled in and met up with a great friend who was living locally to show me what's Wat? (pun intended).
In the end we managed to see a load of temples and samples some very good local dishes including:
Beef loc lac
spicy crab Curry
kuy teav (noodle soup)
chicken amok
sweet fish soup
Cambodian fried rice
