For a long time, I thought the answer to anxiety and overthinking was understanding myself better.

Turns out, many sensitive people already understand themselves too well. The problem is getting stuck in self-analysis and constant self-monitoring.
This workbook grew out of years of battling anxiety — in my own life, and alongside my clients in theirs.

I wanted to create something practical. Something you can actually use when it all hits.

Holding the first author copy feels just as surreal as with the first book.
