Assegno Unico Figli a Carico
Since March 1st 2022 the family tax credit will no longer be paid via your payslip or tax return, instead you must apply online through the #INPS portal.
Qualifying children dependent:
✅ Children aged 18 or less;
✅ Children aged between 18 and 21 currently enrolled in school, education, civil service, or working making less than € 8,000 in gross taxable income;
✅ Disabled children regardless of their age.
⚠️⚠️⚠️Application filed after June 30th 2022 will allow you to claim the child tax credit from the filing date onwards, thus wasting any unclaimed past period.
The monthly credit is paid directly on your Italian or SEPA IBAN, starting from a minimum of € 50 per child up t0 € 175 for families with ISEE of € 40,000 or less.
