Here's to the dance of life and a rediscovery of wholeness. Here's to YOU in your journey, wherever it may take you, and at some point along the way, I hope you'll have a dance.

This video compilation is my personal testimony and a heartfelt tribute to members of the ecstatic dance community who have been important catalysts and part of the family that's carried me.

Integrating freeform dance into my life as a practice and daily ceremony over the last year and a half led me back home to myself and paved the way for very real transformation. Now my work with Te de Sura Studio supports others on their path to rediscover wholeness too.
