How Many Plats Does It Take to Beat an SSL?

I took one of the best players in Rocket League and matched him against 7 plats to see what would happen. Every time the SSL scores, another platinum joins the opposing team. Not only that, but the Supersonic Legend has a chance to win tons of money as long as he beats the plats.
