Chicken - 600 gm
Onion - 2 big
Ginger - 1 big piece
Garlic - 12 cloves
Tomato - 1
Green Chillies - 5
Coconut Milk - 1.5 cups
Cardamom - 3
Cloves - 3
Cinnamon - one small piece
Star Anise - 1/4 piece
Garam Masala powder - 1 tsp + 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1.5 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
Coconut Oil
