Coconut curry
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 onion
1 tablespoon of curry powder
1 can full fat coconut milk
Honey 🍯
Salt to taste
Cilantro (for garnish)

-Sauté the garlic and onion in olive oil or butter
-add the rest of ingredients and stir.
- simmer for 5 -8 minutes (until it thickens) add a little bit of Celtic sea salt

Pour over chicken and rice garnish with cilantro!
