Meteors For Kids // What Is A Meteorite?

In the desert of Arizona and there is a giant meteor crater. We dig in to the past to learn about what the terrain was like before the crash and what was around then. We look closely at the landscape and the geology of the desert, learning new words like: Erosion. The students (and the teachers of course) get a chance to catch their own meteorites. This episode ‘rocks’.
