Birthday blues 47 floors up

Hiiiii everyone!!

Some parts of the video are hard to hear because of the wind..sorry!

This video is from the day before my birthday, May 5.

And let me tell you- the birthday blues and realizations were soooo real haha.

Does anyone else tend to get sad around their birthday? Or is it just me?

I think it was a culmination of not only my birthday being the next day (which I typically get sad around my birthday, and you all know sad is my baseline), but also the fact that I was realizing that I built everything that I wanted in LA- and left it all behind.

In the videos to come, you'll see why I don't regret leaving LA at the time that I did. Watching this video now, I wish I could give myself a hug. My previous self had no idea of what was to come, and the true reason why it was so important that I be home. It's crazy how much can change in a few weeks. Life is so fleeting.
