Introducing "Query the Theory", a new show from WMUK where we pick apart prominent pop culture ideas and - you guessed it - theories, to determine which outlandish, outrageous, obscure and incredible notions could be true... And which are definitely false.

For today's show, we're dissecting the popular "Doctor Who" fan theory, that Mary Poppins is a Time Lord. Disney's magical nanny has a lot in common with the famous time traveller, but could they really both be from Gallifrey? Could Poppins pilot the TARDIS, and could the Doctor front a musical?
