La tradizione culinaria toscana è da sempre la mia passione. Diciamo che è sempre il mio punto di partenza per tutti i miei piatti, il posto dove mi rifugio per prendere ispirazione.

Proprio per questo abbiamo pensato ad un breve viaggio tra le province della Toscana, alla scoperta dei piatti tradizionali delle città più conosciute della nostra splendida regione. La voglia di viaggiare è tanta ma visto che dobbiamo aspettare ancora un po’, unitevi a me per viaggiare, almeno con il gusto!

Tuscan culinary tradition has always been my passion. Let’s say that it’s always my starting point for all the dishes I make, a place where I seek refuge and inspiration.

Just for this reason, we propose to take a short trip together through the provinces of Tuscany to discover the traditional dishes of the most famous cities in our wonderful region.
