Guitar Tutor Reacts To INSANE Banjo Playing in this Reaction to Dueling Banjos as played by Eric Weissberg in Deliverance. As as a millennial musician who is less than knowledgeable in country music and bluegrass; and my desire to spell it- duelling banjos; I have no idea if this is a traditional folk song or penned by Arthur "Guitar Boogie" Smith in 1954 as wikipedia would have me believe! Either way, I'm coming at this song from the point of view of a professional musician and guitarist, so you'll get some musical insights, how to turn your gutiar in to make shift banjo and a wee look at how some of these chord voicings and amazing banjo rolls can be applied to guitar playing!
