Few things about this demo:

This has to be one of the most detailed videos on filing in the history of videos on filing 😬… why so much detail? Mostly because I fear it, and I asked so many questions because of that fear. The one thing I have always stayed away from has been filing nails. I have tried sculpting acrylic here and there over the years (I could count the number of times), but honestly filing I never wanted to even try it. It has always looked so hard to me, as there are so many subtleties. I never know what Greg or Tracey is really doing when they file. I just nod my head with a “yeah cool, awesome” expression and just film it. So needless to say, I have been dreading this day. All in all, I realized it has just been about being scared, and not wanting to touch a file, especially the electric file, because it is intimidating. I have to say that I have this weird curiosity now with filing, and I want to try other shapes. Also, I am starting to see the whole picture come together - the application and the filing. As I was staring at the nail, I saw areas in my application I could have done better to reduce my filing. All with time I suppose, all with time. We hope this video helps you in your nail quest to get better.
