🐟 GEMINI'S HERB & GARLIC BUTTER STEELHEAD TROUT 🐟

INGREDIENTS:
- Steelhead Trout fillet
- 1 tbsp Herbes de Provence
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- Pepper Garlic seasoning (or salt and black pepper to taste)
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
STEP-BY-STEP:
1. Season: Pat the trout dry with a paper towel. Generously season with the dried thyme, paprika and your Pepper Garlic seasoning (or salt and pepper).

2. Sear: Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add avocado oik. Sear the trout skin-side down for 3-4 minutes until the skin is crispy.

3. Garlic Butter Baste: Flip the trout flesh- side up. Add the butter and minced garlic directly to the pan. Add herbs de provence. Once the butter is melted, spoon the garlic butter continuously over the trout as it finishes cooking (about 1-2 minutes).

4. Rest & Serve: Remove from heat, let it rest for a moment, and plate it up hot alongside your rice and peas (or whatever you choose).
