Finding an internship in Germany is relatively easier and well organized but it's important to know all the ways with which you can find a proper internship for yourself here. In the video, I documented my approach on finding an internship in Germany and how I was lucky enough to get an internship at schlaich bergermann partner, Berlin headed by Prof. Mike Schlaich.
Writing a good cover letter, firms finding tricks, the payment or salary during the internship and the visa issues have been covered in this video.
It doesn't matter if you are still doing your Bachelors in India or in any other country, doing your Masters or doing a Job and want to do an internship in Germany, all these advices given in the video apply and I can tell you to trust them because I went through that phase myself too.
If you have more ideas or suggestions on how you can find an internship in Germany, please write it down in the comments section, so that I can include it in the Video's description along with your name and take make it more useful for others.

The info which I am going to share is based on my personal experience. I am not sure if this might be useful to you or not but I just wanted to help the way you have been doing it. In one of the videos you had mentioned about having part time jobs in Germany and that too the ones which were industry oriented. The one which I would be writing about is related to the ones finding at the universities/research labs.
The best way to approach any professor in Germany is to drop him/her an email, attaching in your CV, LOR's and transcripts. Its always better to go through their research work before sending them an email because it will show your interest towards the research work you are doing. Try to mention the skills that you have developed in your past research experiences and how can utilize them to the prof's research. At the outset, the concerned prof looks for motivation. Just show your motivation and stand strong on your will to pursue a research with them. Its always better to send email to multiple professors because if you stick to one of them there might be instances that you might be rejected. Sending emails to multiple professors might help. The key to obtaining these type of internships is being persistent and not letting oneself down if the prof rejects your application via email. ( I got my first international internship after a span of 13 months and after emailing 1500 diff ppl in diff corners of the world).
If you are not interested in emailing professors but are interested in pursuing internship internationally, there are a few internships which are standard and are advertised on sites like twenty19.com and internshala
