天然酵母种,是做sourdough面包的灵魂。有时候喂着喂着,酵种就不怎么活跃了。特别是经常放入冰箱的酵种,如何做才能恢复它的活力,从而做出你喜欢的面包呢?

This video is showing how I reactive my sourdough starter after a 2 week spell in the refrigerator. I’ll also show you my regular feeding regimen, as well as how to build a levain.
