"2 lioness in prime condition killed a Wildebeest. A third very thin and hungry young lioness from another pride from which she had to run from not to get killed by the new dominant male.
They allowed her to eat from the remaining carcas. About 20 hyenas closed in on her whilst the other 2 departed. Amazingly she stood her ground, protecting her food. The next minute the other 2 returned, chasing off the hyenas and guarded her eating".
