STRAWBERRY SALAD AND STRAWBERRY PICKING AT SWANS TRAIL FARMS

Mrs. Sonia Elaine welcomes The Secret Ingredient followers:)!! Please subscribe and welcome to the channel. The Secret Ingredient channel is going away, but don't worry we have incorporated the secret ingredient into everything we now do on this channel.

Now, please come with us on a trip to Swans Trail Farms in Snohomish, Washington to pick strawberries.

Strawberry Salad Recipe :
Dressing:
1/2 cup of strawberry preserves
1/4 cup of honey
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup of canola oil or pecan oil
1/2 tsp of red chili flakes or one ounce of chipotles
salt and pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend. Add salt and pepper to taste

Salad ingredients :
chicken breast
almond slivers(place in over around 350 with salt until golden)
argula
spinach
queso fresco ( add cilantro if you would like or even a little jalapeno) or feta
Strawberries !!!!
Toss all together with dressing and enjoy!!
