MP Otto attack DP, UPC leaders

FDC Legislator Odonga Otto, has expressed disappointment with Colleagues in the UPC and DP Parties who refused to join the Opposition Coalition; IPC. The youthful Aruu MP urges voters in the North not to support DP President Norbert Mao and UPC's Olara Otunnu, saying they will divide opposition votes in the Acholi sub-region.
