.500 Magnum: Shooting Sustained Fire?

Shooting the 4" S&W revolver chambered in .500 magnum. This beast is extremely fun to shoot. However, I was curious as to how long, under the worst conditions, I could both expend rounds comfortably and accurately at 10 yards. In turn, we have 40 rounds of HSM, one 350 grains and the other 440 grains. The aforementioned conditions are that I shoot with no gloves and only using foamies in the ears. Err.
