Even thoug I prefer showing off in a winning posture but for the sake of security, I have posted this video to show how dangerous can be this way of closing powertwister. I almost dislocate my arm ! Nevertheless I really like this move because you are forced to do controlled negative movement. So you work twice, one time for the closing and one time to come back gently. I hope this can help avoid injuries !
