1972 KAMI 80 JX motorcycle similar to Steen Chaparral Indian Hodaka

Hello, I've always loved the Kami line of motorcycles! My parents bought me my first in 1973, it was a ka80. I took it home from the dealer and immediately stripped the lights and anything else that I didn't need off the bike! I rode the snot out of that little bike every day after school for 2 years! Snow, rain, it didn't matter! Never a single mechanical issue with the engine the entire time I had it! My riding buddies at the time were on Honda 70's, a hodaka ace 100, and a 100 bultaco lobito! The bike shown here is the model I originally wanted but wasn't available when we went to look. This JX has classic late 60's -early 70's motocross styling. Hard to find in any condition these days, I bet there aren't more than a handful of these that still run. This is a great runner now and I will do a riding video of this bike in the spring when it is warmer! This was a fun personal project and I'm very happy to have the bike!
