Painful Cavus foot successfully treated with custom foot orthotics

Custom Foot orthotics can be used for a variety of conditions, including high arched feet. These patients often have painful skin lesions/calluses as they walk on the outside of their feet. We were able to successfully alter the weight bearing pattern of this complex foot with custom foot orthotics, and as a result have eliminated the patient’s pain and have avoided surgery. #podiatrist #customfootorthotics
