Superb Fruit-Dove (Ptilinopus superbus) feeding, Atherton Tablelands Birdwatchers' Cabin, Wondecla

Dozens of Superb Fruit-Doves have arrived to take advantage of the many fruit-bearing trees, and are nesting in our forest in the Atherton Tablelands. This male is tucking into Wilkiea pubescens fruit.
