We had to buy a new home in less than a month because my wife accepted a new job. We bought this house just last week and I hate it already. I have the feeling that this is a $150K mistake. We expected Thai home construction to be bad and builders not following any building codes, but we had no idea it was going to be this bad. We are learning the hard and costly way the dangers of buying a new home in Thailand
