Digital Diary of a 20 year old: Depressive Episodes

Hi guys :)
This video is really personal and I wasn’t sure if I wanted to post it or not but I wanted to show the vulnerable side of myself. Social Media usually only shows a small part of peoples lives and it always seems so “perfect” but I want to be real with you and show you what my life actually looks like from time to time. I really hope that I can make some people feel less alone and more understood with this video.
I also wanted to say that right now as I’m posting this video I’m already feeling a lot better than I did during the video. I’ve had a really good last week and I’m overall just feeling happier again, so don’t worry about me 🫶🏼
