The Ingredients for this Drink are,

1. Pineapple 🍍
2. Ginger
3. Lemon 🍋
4. Cucumber 🥒
5. Four Cups Of water 💧

So if you go to the market and want it for a Whole week I suggest buying 8 Cucumbers
a bunch of Ginger About 4 lemons or 5
Two Pineapples 🍍 the whole Pineapple is cheaper but get it cut up if you like.

The Breakfast Smoothie I had the Ingredients are

Recipe
1 Cup of Coffee
1 Cup of Almond milk or which ever u like
4 to 5 handful of greens
1 Banana
And 1 Cup of ice
I also Added to mine Honey it didn't taste so Good lol it needed to be little more sweet but I will Not Be using Honey anymore. I ordered Myself Monk Drops liquid sweetener It has Zero Calories Zero sugar.

So that Smoothie was my Breakfast today. For lunch I had a meal prep I had Prepared 3 Days ago or 2 days ago I can't remember LOL for snacks I have Pretzels And Apple Sauce I drink alot of Water throughout My Day also.
