💡”Silog” is garlic fried rice, fried egg, and a protein. Tap is short for tapas which is pan-fried meat. Beef tapas is seasoned with garlic, sugar, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and calamansi or lime. My dad used to make beef that tasted like beef tapas before and I’m not sure if it was exactly that but Tagpuan’s beef tapas tastes just like how he would make his pan-fried beef.

Tapsilog is truly my favorite for breakfast or brunch. And it’s done so well here!!!! So make sure you stop in and try some.
