Coming Soon: Tracking Agile Kanban Performance
One of the aims of an Agile Kanban system is to increase throughput while reducing both work in process and lead times. This requires making performance visible at each step of the process, establishing positive feedback loops and improving continuously. This course introduces the most common Agile Kanban performance metrics and several graphs, charts, and visualization methods used to achieve this.
