জামালপুরের দেওয়ানগঞ্জে ময়লার স্তুপ থেকে পাচঁটি মাথার খুলিসহ মানবদেহের বিভিন্ন অংশের হাড় উদ্ধার করেছে পুলিশ। মঙ্গলবার সকালে দেওয়ানগঞ্জ বাজারের গোস্ত হাটের পাশে ময়লার স্তুপে এই হাড়গুলো পাওয়া যায়। এরমধ্যে পাজরের হাড় ৫০টি, ৫ টি মাথার খুলি ও ১৪ টি বড় হাড়'সহ আরও কিছু মানবদেহের ছোট অংশ রয়েছে। পুলিশ জানিয়েছে, স্থানীয়দের মাধ্যমে খবর পেয়ে ঘটনা স্থলে গিয়ে একটি ব্যাগ থেকে মানব কঙ্কালগুলো উদ্ধার করা হয়। ধারণা- পাশের চিকাজানী ইউনিয়নের একটি কবরস্থান থেকে এগুলো নিয়ে আসা হয়েছে। হাড়গুলোর বয়স এক থেকে দেড় বছরের মতো হতে পারে।
Police have recovered five skulls and various human body parts from a pile of garbage in Dewanganj, Jamalpur. The bones were found in a pile of garbage next to the meat market in Dewanganj Bazar on Tuesday morning. Among them are 50 rib bones, 5 skulls and 14 large bones, along with some other small human body parts. Police said that after receiving information from locals, they went to the scene and recovered the human skeletons from a bag. It is believed that they were brought from a graveyard in the nearby Chikajani Union. The bones could be one to one and a half years old.
