My Favorite Wood Finish - All Natural, Quick and Easy.

I've been a big fan of shellac since I started wood working, but my favorite wood finish leaves shellac floundering in the dust. It's not only easier to apply, but it's more durable, feels better to the touch, and doesn't take more than 2 coats (usually) to be complete.
