300g Bread Flour / 1.86 cups = 1 cups + ¾ cup + 2 tbsp
3g Instand Dry Yeast / 1 tsp
30g Sugar / 2 tbsp
40g Condensed Milk / 2 tbsp
195g Milk / ¾ cup
32g Unsalted Butter / 2 tbsp

Coarse Sugar for toppings
Egg wash

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 18-20 minutes
