"What's the problem?" - GD18ZXZ

I'm amazed that this driver didn't appear to know that he's not allowed to use his phone like this. In 2018/2019 it was much more common to get drivers reacting like this, but more recently most drivers chuck the phone like a hot potato because most know that they're in the wrong. The problem is that using your handheld phone, even in a slow-moving queue like this, is illegal, and for good reason. Focus on your driving. Plan your route before you start driving.
