Being Full Of Gas

The plaintiff says she hired the defendant to fix a gas leak but he ripped her off. She says he only pretended to make the repair and then took her money, but it turns out the problem was with the gas company’s pipe and they fixed it. She’s suing for her money back. The defendant says he made the repairs, did extra work, and even paid for the permits because he felt bad for her. He’s countersuing for the additional work.
