Water Only Method | Real Talk | The Downside

It's so crazy because at the beginning of this journey I was so enthusiasic and happy with this method. something clearly went wrong somewhere. It could be a number of reasons but the end result is that this method started failing me and I'm now on damage control.

I've gone back to my regular co washing routine and I do use shampoo every now and again.
