We made Waitrose meaty ribs on the weber @weberuk @waitrose
Used mustard as a binder, angus and oink sweet bones and butt rub. @angusandoink
Also smoked some heinz baked beans with Angus & Oink sauce @heinz_uk
Smoked for 4hrs, then wrapped in foil with butter, brown sugar and Chipotle bbq sauce. Put back on the weber for 2hours, took it off and rested for 30min before serving.
