The importance of validation. These last few years I learned how valuable validation is because love and support and acknowledgement can empower those we love to get through difficult times. I used to say that we didn’t need validation from anyone but ourselves until I went through some major struggle myself and was gaslighted and dismissed from my experience. I realized how toxic it can be to say that. Going through a journey teaches us and grows us to keep elevating ourselves and others. Spread love always.
