If you have come this far in your journey, then you might have come across about spirituality, spiritual growth or awakening, soul journey, higher self when trying to appease existential dread and in quest of your true purpose. The signs you've encountered as an INFJ ascending to your ultimate spiritual self are your spiritual gifts.

The INFJ may have experienced tons of shifts in your life; mentally, physically, energetically and most especially; emotionally, that the INFJ know deep in them, this cannot be pacified by the science of psychology, that it has something to do with them soul evolving into a higher spiritual entity or perhaps with their INFJ nature, they have just taken interest in spirituality that they often wonder if they have ascended or in the process of.

Self-acceptance, self-appreciation, and self-actualization is something that is talked about not just recently but for a long time already. For one to be able to reach the level of ascension towards their higher self, these things are really necessary. There will be no ascension without self-actualization and whatnot. But to focus solely on yourself is a wrong idea as well, for the process to be complete it has to come not only inwards but also be exhibited outwards. Meaning for a person to achieve the kind of ascending the INFJ has experienced, they also have to make sure that their actions, relationships, and environment mirrors the change they have and are feeling inside.
