Where to place your microphone when recording piano
In response to some viewer requests, today's video looks at the question of where to place your microphone when recording your piano at home..
There isn't a one size fits all answer and so I'll take you through the major things to consider when recording your piano at home using something such as a smartphone with a plug and play microphone. The ideas will work in a similar way no matter what recording set up you opt for.
