Sticking To Your Good Habits During Times of Social Distancing

Sticking to your good habits is challenging, so I'm sharing tips of how you can make the most of being stuck at home and reduce friction between you and your desired good habits. I share how I personally used micro habits to build consistent habits, and how you can best stick to your habits once they are established.
