3. Reverse lunge with kick (5 each side)
4. Toe touches
5. High knees
6. Bridges
7. Bear crawl
8. Crab toe touch
9. Jumping squats
10. Plank jacks

Hey guys, here’s another fat burning workout that will give you fast results if you keep the consistency. Basic and super effective for both men and women.
