Dr T describes some simple tips to alleviate pain in your neck and back that is caused from improper sitting posture. Think of your pelvis as a bowl filled with water. Most people sit in a slouched position causing the water to spill out the back side. You should try to sit forward causing the bowl to spill water out the front side.
