~Remoulade Sauce~

With Lent here, I know alot of you out there are looking for new seafood recipes. Well you must first start with any type of the sauces that we all may be using doing the ~Fish-n-Chips~ season. Such as the ~Shrimp Po 'Boys~ . . . it's just not a shrimp po' boy if you do not have any of the remoulade sauce for it!

So let's get started to making our . . .

~Remoulade Sauce~ (Makes 1 pint) aka Po' Boy Sauce
1 c mayo
1/4 c ketchup
1/4 c chili sauce
1/4 c sweet pickle relish
1/4 tsp horseradish
1 tsp prepared mustard
1/4 c olive oil
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp dried minced onion
1 tsp lemon juice
In a small bowl place all of the ingredients in it & mix well. Place into a pint canning jar with lid & ring. Store in frig. Best if made the day before you intend to use it. Flavors are well blended then. Serve all over the top of fried shrimp in your po' boy. Also great as a dip to dip fried shrimp into. Enjoy!!! XOXO
