HOMEMADE SAMBAR MASALA | How to make sambhar powder | South Indian spice mix | Food with Chetna

INGREDIENTS -
50 gms coriander seeds
10 dried red chillies
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp black mustard seeds
1 tbsp urad dal
1 tbsp chana dal
1 tbsp toor dal
1/2 tsp asafoetida
1 tbsp turmeric powder
10 dried curry leaves
