Turkish Meatballs with Bechamel Eggplant Sauce

Instructions:

1. Preparing the Meatballs:

In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, parsley, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, black pepper, and pul biber until well combined.

Shape the mixture into small balls (about the size of a walnut).
