-STEPS TO JOIN THE COMPETITION-

STEP 1: Come up with a choreography for BTS' song Dis-ease. You can choose any part of the song it just has to be at least 60 seconds. Feel free to dance more than that or maybe even the whole song!

STEP 2: Upload your video to one of the following social media, Instagram, Twitter, or TikTok and use the hashtag #RUNARMYDANCEOFF
Don't forget to also tag @runarmy3137

Stage 1 starts right away. To vote for your favorite dance videos go on any social media (TikTok, Twitter, or Instagram) and search for the hashtag #RUNARMYDANCEOFF then you will be able to see all of ARMY's dance videos! 1 Like= 1 vote, so like and interact with your favorite ones!
Stage 1 voting ends January 12th so get your votes in ASAP.
