The restaurant hails from London’s Marylebone and is the first international venture for the brand. OPSO, designed by Restaurant Secrets Inc, will be split into three areas – OPSO Dining, with a modern menu, OPSO Social, boasting a relaxed space to chill-out and unwind, and finally OPSO Prive – an intimate area for shisha and mezze with fountain views. The design reflects this, with a variety of gold and turquoise tones. The venue has stunning views of the Dubai Fountains along the entire perimeter, so light floods in by day when the warm pendants are not aglow by night. You will find a variety of seating arrangements, form formal dining, high stools by the bar and sofa-couches for larger groups in a casual setting. The colour palette is very familiar to Greek culture and embodies the blend between Mediterranean and Middle Eastern culture. Brilliant marble flooring contrasts with the wood, leather and fabric textures of surrounding furnishes and finishes.

It promises “the best of modern Greek cooking” with a design that will cater to “the luxurious tastes and lifestyle of UAE diners”.
