Rainbow Eyes Makeup Tutorial!!!

I wanted to try out the revolution maxi reloaded monster mattes palette as it's so cheap but has soo many shades. As the palette is colourful I decided to go for a rainbow look so I could really see how good this palette is. Overall for the price, I do think this palette is amazing
