Understand Job Seeking Process & Uncover Ways to Make the Search for Digital Job Training Successful

Innovate New Jersey (INJ) and the New Jersey Department of Labor (NJ DOL) invited ShedLight and SOUR to help them understand the challenges of jobseekers and uncover ways to make the digital search for job training successful.

Through 1:1 conversations with end users and local CBO's, a set of worksheets were provided as a toolkit to support upcoming activities related to CBO's, to help build empathy towards potential partners, set expectations and identify priorities for future collaborations.
